Who We Are

How You'll Contribute
- Evaluate and conduct medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs; provide educational information to patients regarding injury prevention, ergonomics, restorative therapy, and rehabilitation therapy.
- Supervise physical therapy assistants and aid in performing treatment; conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patient condition.
- Establish a plan of care appropriate to identified problems and involve the patient according to his or her capabilities and desires.
- Plan, prepare, and carry out individually designed programs of physical treatment to maintain, improve, or restore physical functioning, alleviate pain, and prevent physical dysfunction.
- Perform therapy interventions utilizing standard physical therapy techniques and skills appropriate for the age and condition of the patient.
- Direct and supervise physical therapy assistants, students, and other support personnel; assess competence, delegate specific tasks, and establish communication channels.
- Administer treatment involving physical agents, equipment, moist packs, ultraviolet and infrared lamps, and ultrasound machines.
- Evaluate, fit, and adjust prosthetic and orthotic devices and recommend modifications.
- Identify and document goals, anticipated progress, and plans for reevaluation.

Qualifications And Requirements
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of employment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification obtainable within 30 days of hire.
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
