PRN Physical Therapist at Vibra Hospital of Fargo

Setting: LTAC Hospital

Job Type: PRN

Location: Fargo, ND

Responsibilities include:

1. Evaluating patient conditions, developing treatment plans, and guiding recovery, including instructing nursing staff and families on follow-up programs.
2. Communicating patient progress or issues to supervisors and team members; assisting with scheduling and documentation.
3. Documenting patient care per regulatory and accreditation standards.
4. Maintaining equipment and work areas safely and cleanly.
5. Adhering to company policies, professional standards, and legal requirements.
6. Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
