Lifepoint Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for Kindred Hospital Aurora, LTACH. This PRN, weekdays role focuses on developing individualized treatment plans and coordinating care with the care team in an on-site hospital setting.

Ideal candidates hold a PT degree from an accredited program, possess a current license in the state, and maintain CPR certification. The position emphasizes teamwork, documentation accuracy, and adherence to regulatory standards while providing

• Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered.

Responsabilidades

• Develop a specialized treatment plan to help patients regain well-being through exercise and prosthetic/orthotic devices.
• Communicate patient progress or problems to supervisor and team; instruct patient’s family or staff in follow-through programs.
• Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer and accrediting requirements.
• Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition.
• Adhere to the Company’s Code of Business Conduct, Compliance Agreement, and applicable laws; perform other duties as assigned.

How you'll contribute

• Develop a specialized treatment plan to help him/her achieve as much as possible in regaining his/her well-being through exercise and/or use of prosthetic and orthotic devices. You and your staff will play an important role in his/her recovery


• Communicate patient progress or problems to supervisor and other team members; instruct patient's family or nursing staff in follow-through programs


• Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer and accrediting requirements


• Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition


• Handle job responsibilities in accordance with the standards of the Company's Code of Business Conduct, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, appropriate professional standards and applicable state/federal laws


• Other duties as assigned

Rate Range

$45 - $55 per hour
