• Salary range: $50 - $52 per hour. We expect those hired into this role to be paid within this range; however, circumstances may allow for outside this range.

What you will do in this role:

• Evaluate patients' conditions, develop treatment plans, and assist in their recovery. Instruct nursing staff and families on follow-through programs to build on progress.
• Communicate patient progress or issues to supervisors and team members; assist with scheduling and daily documentation of charges.
• Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accreditation standards.
• Instruct families and nursing staff in follow-through programs.
• Maintain equipment and work area safety and cleanliness.
• Adhere to the Company's Code of Business Conduct, compliance standards, professional standards, and applicable laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum qualifications:

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
