Role Responsibilities:

1. Evaluate patient conditions, develop treatment plans, and assist in their recovery, including instructing nursing staff and families on follow-up programs.
2. Communicate patient progress or issues to supervisors and team members; assist with scheduling and documentation.
3. Document patient care adhering to regulatory and accreditation standards.
4. Instruct families and nursing staff in follow-through programs.
5. Maintain equipment and work environment safety and cleanliness.
6. Adhere to company policies, professional standards, and legal requirements.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
2. Current, unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state of practice.
3. Current CPR certification.
4. Strong organizational and communication skills.
