Symbria is looking for a Physical Therapist (PT) to join their Rehab Team at Mennonite Memorial Home in Bluffton, OH. This is a PRN opportunity with weekday and weekend coverage necessary. The role involves setting treatment goals, overseeing therapy assistants, and ensuring patient outcomes.

Qualified candidates should be graduates of accredited Physical Therapy programs, possess a valid state license, and be able to work flexible hours. Experience in acute or long-term care is advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute treatment plans along with supervision of the Physical Therapist Assistants.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Help patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapists.
• Hold a valid state license.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• It’s great to have had acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience but not always required.
