Role Overview: Camarillo Physical Therapy and Reform Physical Therapy are seeking dedicated Physical Therapists (PTs) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to join our growing teams in Camarillo and Westlake Village / Thousand Oaks, California.

As PT-owned outpatient clinics, we prioritize quality over volume, offering one-on-one 40-60 minute sessions that let you focus on individualized, evidence-based patient care. You’ll work in a collaborative, learning-driven environment that values growth, mentorship, and continuous skill development.

Our clinics are located in Southern California’s scenic Santa Monica Mountains, just 15 minutes from Malibu’s beaches a region known for its sunshine, outdoor lifestyle, and balanced approach to work and wellness.

This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about manual therapy, functional rehabilitation, and patient-centered care, and who want to grow with a forward-thinking private practice.
