Job summary

Arvin Post Acute in Arvin, CA is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist for per diem coverage in a skilled nursing facility. This flexible role offers the opportunity to work with a supportive team providing high-quality rehab services to patients in a post-acute setting.

Responsibilities include evaluations, plan of care development, 1:1 therapy delivery, patient education, discharge planning, and accurate documentation. CA licensure and CPR certification are required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• CA Licensed Physical Therapist
• Graduate of accredited PT program
• CPR certified or willing to obtain
• SNF or geriatric rehab experience preferred
