Job summary

Arvin Post Acute in Arvin, CA is hiring a Licensed Physical Therapist to provide per diem coverage at our skilled nursing facility. This flexible role offers per diem shifts and a supportive therapy team focused on high-quality rehab services.

Responsibilities include evaluations, care planning, 1:1 therapy, patient education, discharge planning, and accurate documentation and billing records.

Qualifications

• CA Licensed Physical Therapist required.
• Graduate of an accredited PT program.
• CPR certification required or willingness to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations and develop care plans.
• Deliver 1:1 therapy per plan of care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on mobility and home exercise programs.
• Participate in care team meetings and discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate documentation and billing records.
