Job summary

PACS Group is hiring a Licensed Physical Therapist for Arvin Post Acute in Arvin, CA. This per diem opportunity offers flexible hours to deliver high-quality rehab services in a post-acute skilled nursing setting.

Responsibilities include patient evaluations, one-on-one therapy, education on mobility/home exercise programs, and collaborative discharge planning. CPR cert is required or provided, and SNF experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• CA Licensed Physical Therapist.
• CPR certification required or willingness to obtain.
• SNF or geriatric rehab experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations and develop care plans.
• Deliver 1:1 therapy per plan of care.
