Preferred Therapy Solutions, LLC is seeking a per diem Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) for our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department in Salisbury, CT. We offer a generous PTO package and an education department to support ongoing learning.

The position emphasizes high-quality patient care and collaborative teamwork with nursing staff. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive therapy services, be licensed or eligible in CT, and demonstrate strong computer skills for EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• PTA degree with CT license or eligibility.
• Ability to document electronically with EMR systems.
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate in a rehab team.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment.
• Possess a current Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation.
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
• Work well with others in a team setting.
• Be flexible with hours.
