Fort Myers Rehabilitation & Nursing Center offers high-quality in-house sub-acute rehabilitation and skilled nursing services. We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team on a per diem basis.

Responsibilities :

• Provide physical therapy evaluations and treatments to patients in a sub-acute rehabilitation setting.
• Develop individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on exercise programs and rehabilitation goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records.

Qualifications :

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Valid Physical Therapist license in Florida.
• Experience in a rehabilitation or skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
