Job summary

MedCare Pediatric is seeking a Home Health Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) to deliver one-on-one therapy in the environments where children thrive, including homes, daycares, and schools. The role emphasizes pediatric mobility, independence, and family-centered care.

We offer flexible scheduling with Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN options, a sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits. You will join a collaborative team with mentorship and support for professional growth in a pediatric home

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Texas Physical Therapy license, or eligible to obtain licensure before start date.
• One year of experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans and goals
• Provide physical therapy services to improve strength, mobility, balance, coordination, endurance, and functional independence
• Implement physician-approved plans of care using evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Provide caregiver education and training to support continued progress outside of therapy sessions
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as neededCollaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality, coordinated care
• Supervision of Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) is a plus but not required

Qualifications

Pay: $60.00–$70.00 per hour
