Job summary

MedCare Pediatric Group, LP in Katy, TX seeks a Home Health Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) to deliver one-on-one therapy in homes, daycares, and schools. You will conduct evaluations, develop goals, and implement evidence-based plans of care with caregiver training.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Texas Physical Therapy license, or eligible to obtain licensure before start date.
• One year of experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Provide physical therapy services to improve strength, mobility, balance, coordination, endurance, and functional independence.
• Implement physician-approved plans of care using evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Provide caregiver education and training to support continued progress outside of therapy sessions.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality, coordinated care.

Physical Therapist Qualifications & Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Pay:

$60.00-$70.00 per hour
