Job summary

Ignite Human Capital is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic role in Rexburg, ID. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends and relocation assistance. Compensation ranges from $93,000 to $105,000 base per year, plus up to $12,000 annual performance bonus.

Qualifications

Licensed Physical Therapist in Idaho (PT) or license-eligible.
CPR/BLS certification current.
Open to experienced Orthopedic PTs and new grads.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive clinical evaluations and treatments for orthopedic, post-operative, sports medicine, and neurological patients.
Formulate individualized, goal-oriented plans of care (POC).
Complete documentation using EMR software and voice-dictation tools.
Direct and supervise PTAs and support staff.
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
