Job summary

Fort Worth Physical Therapy, a H2 Health company, seeks a Physical Therapist to join our Willow Park outpatient team. You’ll provide evidence-based care, evaluate patients, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to restore mobility and function.

We support new graduates and experienced clinicians with mentorship, Scribe AI documentation, and the Raintree EMR, all within a patient-centered culture dedicated to outcomes and professional growth.

Qualifications

• DPT or MSPT/BPT/MPT from CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
• Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, function, and quality of life.
• Treat orthopedic, post-operative, musculoskeletal, and mobility-related conditions.
• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team to achieve outcomes.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time.
• Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management.
• Manage a caseload environment with ~10–12 visits per day for full-time outpatient clinicians.
• Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on patient-centered care and clinical excellence.

• Work within a manageable caseload environment, typically targeting approximately 10-12 patient visits per day for full-time outpatient clinicians.
• Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on patient-centered care and clinical excellence.

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required.
