Job summary

Fort Worth Physical Therapy, a H2 Health company, is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Southwest Fort Worth outpatient team. You'll provide individualized, evidence-based care to patients recovering from orthopedic injuries and surgeries, while working in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

You'll evaluate patients, develop plans of care, and utilize Scribe AI for documentation and the Raintree EMR.

Qualifications

• Must have Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or MSPT/MSPT/BPT from CAPTE-accredited program.
• Texas license or eligibility to practice as PT in TX.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
• Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, function and quality of life.
• Treat orthopedic, post-operative, sports medicine, and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians and team members for optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Utilize Scribe AI for streamlined documentation and Raintree EMR for scheduling and management.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 10–12 patient visits per day for full-time outpatient clinicians.
• Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on patient-centered care and clinical excellence.

Your Role:

• Treat a variety of orthopedic, post-operative, sports medicine, and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time.
• Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management.
• Work within a manageable caseload environment, typically targeting approximately 10-12 patient visits per day for full-time outpatient clinicians.
• Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on patient-centered care and clinical excellence.

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required.
