Rankin Physical Therapy, a H2 Health company, invites a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic in Berkeley Springs, WV. You will evaluate and treat diverse orthopedic and neuro-vestibular conditions, building personalized plans focused on functional goals with evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• DPT or equivalent legacy degree from a CAPTE-accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, post-surgical, neurological, vestibular, and sports-related conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional outcomes and patient goals.
• Provide evidence-based interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and patient education.
• Build relationships with patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Document patient care accurately using Raintree EMR.
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team and contribute to clinic culture.

Up to $20,000 Sign-on Bonus

As a Physical Therapist (PT), you will work with a diverse outpatient population including orthopedic, post-operative, neurological, vestibular, balance, gait, and sports-related conditions. Your Role

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, post-surgical, neurological, vestibular, and sports-related conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional outcomes and patient goals
• Provide evidence-based treatment interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and patient education
• Build strong relationships with patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently using Raintree EMR
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team while contributing to a positive and engaging clinic culture

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist licensure in the applicable state
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
