Job summary

Preferred Therapy Solutions in New Canaan, CT is seeking a Per-Diem Physical Therapist to join our Outpatient Rehab Department. You will provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a collaborative, supportive team environment.

The qualified candidate will hold a current PT license (or be eligible in CT), be proficient with electronic documentation and MS Office, and demonstrate flexibility with hours. We offer a generous PTO package and ongoing education support.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license or license eligible to practice in CT (or state employed).
• Experience providing outpatient therapy.
• Proficient in documentation and MS Office.
• Strong teamwork and flexibility with hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in the outpatient setting.
• Work collaboratively with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team environment.

• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation.
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
