Job summary

H2 Health's Physical Therapy Today outpatient team in Red Oak, TX is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient program. You will evaluate patients, design individualized care plans, and work with a collaborative team to help patients recover and return to function.

We offer strong administrative support and access to Scribe AI for documentation. New graduates are welcome; a DPT is preferred, with a Texas license or eligibility.

Qualifications

• DPT/MSPT/MPT/BPT required from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Current Texas PT license or eligibility for licensure.
• CPR certification, if applicable.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• New graduates welcome; outpatient experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training.
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and function.
• Educate patients on recovery, injury prevention, and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with clinicians and support staff.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation.

Join our outpatient team in Red Oak, Texas, as a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT). We welcome both experienced clinicians and new graduates who want a supportive environment, manageable caseloads, and opportunities to grow.

• Approximately 10-12 patient visits per day

At Physical Therapy Today, you'll treat a diverse outpatient population with orthopedic conditions, post-surgical rehabilitation needs, sports injuries, balance and vestibular conditions, chronic pain, arthritis, and work-related injuries.

Your Role

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
• Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and function

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
