Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join an outpatient clinical team Oklahoma. The selected clinician will treat a diverse range of conditions, including orthopedic, neurological, pre- and post‑operative, gait and balance, and sports‑related conditions. Clinicians may maintain a general caseload or pursue specialized interests in orthopedics, manual therapy, hand therapy, prosthetic rehabilitation, vestibular therapy, and concussion care.

An eligible candidate may qualify for a sign‑on bonus of up to $20,000, subject to applicable eligibility requirements and terms.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, evidence-based physical therapy to patients with orthopedic, neurological, post‑surgical, and sports‑related conditions.
• Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient care accurately using an electronic medical records (EMR) system.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 50 patient visits per week, with AI‑powered tools available to streamline documentation and reduce administrative time.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to support optimal clinical outcomes.
• Educate patients on rehabilitation goals, injury prevention, and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with fellow clinicians to promote quality care and positive patient outcomes.
• Contribute to a culture of clinical learning, mentorship, and peer support.

Required Qualifications

• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active Oklahoma Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain Oklahoma licensure.
