Direct Recruit Agency is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a full-time, permanent role in Ada, Oklahoma. The PT will assess patients, design individualized plans, and implement therapies to restore function and reduce pain.

Requirements include Oklahoma PT licensure and 2+ years of clinical experience. BLS is required or obtainable within 30 days. Competitive salary ranges offered with year‑end bonuses and a supportive care team.
