The Client is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join an outpatient clinical team in Altus, Oklahoma. You will treat a diverse caseload, including orthopedic, neurological, and post‑operative conditions, while building patient relationships and advancing your career in a supportive environment.

The role offers a $75,000 annual salary with a sign-on bonus up to $20,000 and a full benefits package. This on-site, full-time position emphasizes hands-on care, documentation, and collaboration

Qualifications

• CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy degree.
• Active Oklahoma PT license or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy to patients with orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions.

• Document care accurately using EMR systems.
• Manage a caseload around 50 visits per week with support tools.
• Educate patients on goals, home exercises, and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with clinicians to promote quality care and outcomes.
