This contract position features a 5x8 days schedule and requires one year of SNF/LTC experience with an active PT license in FL where applicable.

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) that is licensed or in the immediate process, and qualifies, of obtaining Physical Therapist (PT) licensure in the state of FL to work in the specialty area of SNF / LTC.

This is a contract position5x8 Days schedule.This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

Minimum Requirements include:

• 1 year of recent experience as a(n) Physical Therapist (PT)SNF / LTC experience required.
