Job summary

Centra Healthcare is actively seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for a contract position in Silver Spring, MD. The right candidate will provide skilled PT services, develop individualized care plans, and coordinate with the care team to meet patient goals.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited PT program, active MD licensure or eligibility, and current CPR certification. This role offers a contract arrangement with competitive weekly pay and benefits through Centra’s network.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or in the process of licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals of physical therapy interventions.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.

A great SNF / LTC is looking for an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist / PT to join their growing team for a contract assignment!

• This is a contract position.
• Days schedule.
• This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.
