Centra Healthcare Solutions Inc is seeking an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist (PT) to join their growing team on a contract assignment in Fargo, North Dakota. This position is a contract role with a days schedule, and the incumbent will be accountable for upholding the organization’s vision and goals.

The role includes developing care plans, delivering skilled PT services according to physician orders, assessing patient needs, and collaborating with the care team to achieve

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist (PT) or in the process of licensure.
• Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions per physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate and modify care for PT interventions.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals.
