Centra Healthcare Solutions Inc is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for a contract assignment in Billings, MT. The role focuses on developing individualized care plans and delivering skilled PT services according to physician orders.

The candidate will assess patient needs, adjust interventions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes. A state license in good standing or active licensure pursuit is required.

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited program.
• Currently licensed as a Registered Physical Therapist (PT) or actively pursuing licensure.

• Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions per physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate and modify care to meet therapy goals.

Requirements
