Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions Inc is seeking an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist for a contract assignment in the United States. The PT will develop a plan of care and deliver skilled therapy services in accordance with physician orders.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited program, current state licensure as a PT (or in the licensure process), and CPR certification. The role emphasizes collaboration with all disciplines to plan and evaluate patient goals.
