JOB DESCRIPTION

• Location Of Services: Cincinnati, OH - ReGeneration Avondale
• Hours Per Week:60 minutes/month
• Dates of Contract:2026-27 School Year with high possibility to extend
• Additional:PT license required. Delivers direct PT services per IEP minutes, conducts assessments and progress monitoring, and collaborates with the MTSS/IEP team to support students' gross motor and mobility needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students’ fine motor, sensory, and functional needs.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based intervention plans tailored to each student’s goals.
• Provide therapeutic services to improve daily living skills, motor coordination, sensory processing, and school participation.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate occupational therapy strategies into classroom and educational activities.
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, providing clear reports and recommendations to support student success.
• Monitor progress regularly, adjusting intervention plans as needed based on ongoing assessments and collaboration.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including assessments, intervention plans, progress notes, and compliance reports.
• Stay current with best practices in occupational therapy through research and professional development.
