Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for 100% acute care coverage in Seattle. You will float across ICU, Stroke, Post-Surgical, and Oncology units while maintaining high standards of patient care on a traditional M-F schedule.

The team comprises PTs, OTs, and SLPs, offering full insurance plans and opportunities for professional growth. New grads welcome, with competitive sign-on and relocation incentives.

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible for licensure as Physical Therapist in Washington state.
• Open to new grads and experienced therapists.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong collaboration with multidisciplinary acute care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide Physical Therapy services across acute care units (ICU, Stroke, Post-Surgical, Oncology).
• Maintain patient-centered care with emphasis on safety, mobility, and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, and SLPs to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's, Masters or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists
