This role involves working with adult and geriatric clients, providing essential rehabilitative care as part of a dedicated health care team. Candidates must hold a valid Colorado PT license and possess at least one year of clinical experience to qualify. BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking an experienced Physical Therapist, PT, for an opportunity performing home visits for Denver North Visits team. This office works with adult and geriatric clients on a per visit basis in territories throughout the northern Denver area.
One year prior clinical experience as a licensed Physical Therapist is required. As a home care Physical Therapist, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.
