$5,000 SIGN On Bonus for Full time Field clinicians

Central Coast Home Health is a fast-growing and locally owned organization with an excellent reputation throughout San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties. We are seeking a full-time, part-time, or weekend-only Home Health Physical Therapist in the Southern San Luis Obispo area (Lompoc, Santa Ynez, Buellton, Solvang).

Our therapists deliver high-quality care to patients in their home environment, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to address all the patient’s needs, developing relationships, and ensuring continuity of care. This highly rewarding field requires organization and the ability to work independently, managing your own caseload and making your own work schedule.

Job Requirements:

1. Current California PT license
2. CPR certified
3. Reliable vehicle to drive for work
4. Current Driver's license and clean driving record
5. Maintain auto insurance coverage
6. Home Health experience is a plus (new grads are encouraged to apply)

This position is paid by the visit. Compensation for routine visits ranges from $67.00-$77.00 per visit; evaluations range from $90.00-$102.00 per visit; and admissions range from $167.50-$192.50 per visit. Actual pay rates vary depending on factors including type of visit, type of experience, location, and years of experience.
