Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited physical therapist program (American Physical Therapy Association or equivalent).
• Licensed in the practicing state(s).
• Clean driving record and active insurance.
• Minimum one-year experience; home health experience preferred.
• Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment.
• Ability to restore and maintain patient mobility and function within capabilities.
