Job summary

Seaport Scripps Home Health is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist to provide in-home therapy across the South Coastal Territory. You will assess patients, develop care plans, and deliver treatments in patients’ homes, collaborating with physicians and a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires California licensure, CPR, a valid driver’s license, and at least two years of PT experience (home health preferred). Benefits include comprehensive insurance, 401(k), PTO, and EAP.

• Active California Physical Therapy License
• Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience (home health preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Assess home environments and recommend modifications
• Provide direct physical therapy treatments
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and equipment
