Responsibilities

• Examine and treat patients with physical impairments using physical modalities.
• Assist patients in improving mobility, function, and independence in daily living.
• Administer skilled care according to physician’s orders and care plans.
• Teach patients and families about care procedures.
• Participate in specialty programs such as Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, and joint replacement programs.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.
• Dependable transportation in good condition.
• Ability to drive in all weather conditions.
• Current license to practice in the state of employment.
