At Health Link Home Health, we built our model around a simple idea:PHYSICAL THERAPISTS SHOULD FOCUS ON PATIENT CARE.
Not the paperwork.
Not the scheduling.
Not the route planning.
Not chasing signatures.
Not coordinating DME deliveries.
Not chasing visits just to make a full paycheck.
Not waiting until 7 PM to find out if a patient confirmed.
Not spending evenings catching up on documentation.
Our responsibility is to keep clinicians productive, supported, and paid for their time. Patient cancellations, refusals, and schedule changes happen in home health. Your paycheck should not have to suffer because of them.
If your day runs longer, you are paid for the additional time worked. If you work efficiently and finish early, your guaranteed daily pay remains the same.
We believe a full-time job should fit into an 8-hour workday.
