Compensation and Benefits

• Attractive pay: $88K - $115K annually

Responsibilities

• Help patients maintain, restore, and improve movement, activity, and function
• Provide interventions, conduct reexaminations (at least every 30 days), modify interventions as necessary, and perform discharge planning
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of employment
• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program as recognized by CAPTE
• At least one year of related physical therapy experience for those entering home health care; less experienced candidates require approval from regional clinical leaders and appropriate mentoring or residency participation
• Current CPR certification
