Job summary

Access Rehab Centers Home Care is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our per diem home care team in the Waterbury area. You will deliver high-quality, one-on-one therapy in patients' homes, tailoring plans to a wide range of ages and conditions.

This role offers flexible scheduling with a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities across orthopedics, neurology, and sports medicine. A DPT is required, with an active PT license and CPR certification.

Access Rehab Centers is the largest outpatient rehabilitation provider with 13 locations throughout the Greater Waterbury and surrounding towns offering physical, occupational, speech, and aquatic therapy. We treat a full range of conditions for infants to seniors.

Access is seeking a highly motivated and top quality Physical Therapist to provide excellent patient care in our home based care system. You would have the opportunity to care for the full spectrum of patient populations and diagnoses enabling you to exercise your expertise and specialties, including neurological, orthopedic, vestibular, LSVT Loud / BIG, aquatics, sports medicine and so much more. We are the only rehab provider in the area that is accredited with the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).
