Job summary

Access Rehab Centers LLC is seeking a highly motivated Physical Therapist to deliver outpatient care in our Southbury, CT clinic. This per diem, Saturday-only role offers flexible scheduling and a competitive compensation package.

You will work with a full spectrum of patients—infants to seniors—employing specialties such as neurological, orthopedic, vestibular, LSVT BIG, aquatics, and sports medicine. CARF accreditation reflects our commitment to high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy license for CT (or eligible for CT licensure).
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in outpatient clinic.
• Treat a broad spectrum of diagnoses and patient ages.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab team and document care.

Access Rehab Centers is the largest outpatient rehabilitation provider with 13 locations throughout the Greater Waterbury and surrounding towns offering physical, occupational, speech, and aquatic therapy. We treat a full range of conditions for infants to seniors.

Access is seeking a highly motivated and top quality Physical Therapist to provide excellent patient care in our outpatient clinic in Southbury, CT. You would have the opportunity to care for the full spectrum of patient populations and diagnoses enabling you to exercise your expertise and specialties, including neurological, orthopedic, vestibular, LSVT Loud / BIG, aquatics, sports medicine and so much more. We are the only rehab provider in the area that is accredited with the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).

Currently we have a per diem position(Saturday's only, 7;30-12) in our Southbury clinic. New grads are welcome to apply.
