Select Physical Therapy in Waterbury, CT seeks an Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team. Schedule is Monday through Friday; PRN and part-time options are available. You will evaluate, treat, and document patient care while advancing your clinical expertise in a supportive outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
