• Experience working in sub-acute / skilled nursing rehabilitation settings.
• Comfort with electronic documentation and basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility.
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a team-oriented environment.
• Maintain valid Physical Therapy licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel and electronic documentation.
• Maintain careful and timely documentation with attention to detail.
• Work well in a team and be flexible with hours.

A full-time Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) position is available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in Wallingford, CT.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
• Possess a current Physical Therapy license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
• Work well with others in a team setting
• Be flexible with hours

Salary

Good Faith Rate Range: $41/hr - $48/hr
