Concept Rehab in Cadiz, Ohio, is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time position in our rehabilitation facility. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide interventions to improve strength, balance, mobility and functional independence.

The ideal candidate holds an Ohio PT license or is eligible to obtain licensure, and demonstrates strong communication, organizational and clinical skills.
