Job summary

Symbria's Rehab Team at Briarwood Nursing Home in Worcester, MA is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to impact the lives of older adults in a geriatric care setting. This full-time role offers mentorship, growth opportunities, and a collaborative, employee-owned culture through ESOP.

You will deliver patient-centered care with an interdisciplinary team and maintain quality documentation. New grads encouraged to apply; valid MA PT license and graduation from an accredited PT program are required,

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapists.
• Valid state PT license.
• Flexible hours, weekends; acute/long-term rehab experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Establish goals and execute treatment plans with supervision of PTAs as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
• Help patients achieve outcomes and serve as a trusted partner to the community.

As a Physical Therapist (PT), you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Physical Therapist Assistants. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.
