Job summary

Premier Therapy in Wooster, Ohio is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our therapy team. You will evaluate patients, develop plans of care, and provide skilled therapy to improve mobility and quality of life.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and complete required documentation. SNF/long-term care experience is welcomed but not required; requires active PT license in Ohio.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current PT license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
• SNF/long-term care experience preferred, but not required.
