Job summary

Premier Therapy is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our therapy team in Ashtabula, Ohio. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized plans of care, and provide skilled therapy to improve mobility, safety and quality of life.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and complete required documentation, with the opportunity to grow professionally. Ohio licensure is required; SNF/long-term care experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current PT license or eligible for licensure in the state.
• SNF/long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

• Establish functional goals and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
