Responsibilities

• Evaluate all assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans according to patient needs and physician directives.
• Delegate and direct all discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients.
• Design functional treatment programs that facilitate effective return to community activities.
• Educate patients, families, students, co-workers, and self.
• Perform other professional duties related to patient care, therapy services development, and program design.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
• Certified BLS or completion within the first 90 days of employment required.
