Position: Physical Therapist (PT)

We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehab department. This is a full-time and PRN position with a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time roles.

Qualifications:

1. Successful completion of an accredited educational program in physical therapy and passing the appropriate licensing exam.
2. Must be licensed (or eligible for licensure) to practice as a physical therapist in the state of Florida.
3. Prior experience in Physical Therapy is preferred.
4. Membership in the American Physical Therapy Association (preferred).
5. Professional attitude and appearance.
6. Proficient administrative and public relations skills.
7. Thorough knowledge of physical therapy principles, methods, materials, and equipment.
8. Knowledge of patient safety and necessary precautions during treatment.
9. Ability to establish effective relationships with patients and medical staff.
10. Ability to understand, interpret, and implement physician's directions and treatment plans.
11. Emotional stability to handle patient and staff demands.
12. Maintain patient and employee confidentiality.
13. Knowledge of Medicare and third-party reimbursement (preferred).
