Page Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated full-time Physical Therapist, PT to join our dynamic rehabilitation team. Our facility provides comprehensive subacute care, focusing on individualized treatment plans to enhance patient recovery and improve quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients’ physical abilities and limitations.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evaluation findings.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to facilitate patient recovery.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to optimize patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation goals, techniques, and home exercise programs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments and treatments.
• Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and professional development activities.
• Stay current with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Valid and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in FL.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience in subacute rehabilitation preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
