We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team in Beaverton, OR at Avamere Rehab of Beaverton.

Compensation range: $41-$56/hour, commensurate with experience.

The purpose of this position is to provide and direct all aspects of quality patient care, including evaluation, treatment, planning, goal setting, family education, and documentation according to organizational guidelines, professional standards, and community needs. The role also involves serving as a patient and rehabilitation advocate and participating in quality assurance and customer service activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide physical therapy to patients as per licensure
  • Supervise assistants, rehab aides, and students in accordance with state and federal guidelines
  • Follow safety procedures for personal protection and patient safety
  • Enhance clinical and professional knowledge through associations and continuing education
  • Support department operations and development
  • Communicate patient status and needs effectively to patients, families, and team members

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an approved Physical Therapy program
  • Licensed Physical Therapist in Oregon
  • In good standing with regulatory agencies
  • Knowledge of Medicare and payer sources
  • Understanding of residents' rights
  • Professional presentation and ability to multitask

Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)

Current CPR/BLS certification required
