Job summary

Mental Health Association of Rochester is seeking a Physical Therapist for Early Intervention (PTEI) to serve birth to three children in natural environments, focusing on evaluation, treatment planning, and family education.

You will perform evaluations and update the IFSP, establish and deliver therapy plans, and collaborate with families, caregivers, and interprofessional teams to support child development and functional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Valid and unencumbered Physical Therapy license or eligibility.
• Degree in Physical Therapy and early intervention credential (temporary or full).
